New to the AGV helmet family, the AGV Skyline helmet builds on the success of the S4-SV helmet which now includes an internal drop down sun visor. A new shell material called CarbonGlass is a mix of Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass for lightweight durability. The Skyline has a more refined fitting shape that we would consider intermediate oval that is less round that most of the AGV helmet collection. The interior features Dri-Lex, a sweat-wicking and hypo-allergenic material that feels soft and cool against the face. Also new to the interior is the pre-formed insets for a communication system, including both speakers and a guide for a boom mic at the chin. The XQRS quick shield change mechanism makes swapping visors a 30 second task and in lieu of traditional double D-rings, a micro-metric quick release buckle retention system is used. The Skyline features many firsts for AGV and the all the new technology is more than welcomed.
