Today Schony747 takes one last nostalgic ride on the V/Line Melbourne to Albury Passenger Train. The N Class Locomotive hauled service is due to be replaced to the newer Bombardier Vlocity DMUs which will apparently quicken up the journey time by nearly half an hour. This video takes you for a ride on the locomotive hauled train and takes you through many of the features associated with the steel bodied N type cars which were built in the early 1980s. A walk through the whole consist, the snack bar, the first class seat and even one of the toilets. It's all recorded here.
