⁠@GeneandRenee In 2023 we spent 6 months traveling around the Baja Peninsula of Mexico, which includes Baja California and Baja California Sur. Then we traveled through California, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. The year before we spent 7 months traveling and living in central Mexico - Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Nayarit, Guadalajara, San Miguel de Allende, San Luis Potosí, and Monterey. Then driving and exploring from Texas to Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and much more. We spent a month in New England and eastern Canada. In 2024 our oldest grandson Andrew traveled with Gene from Niagara Falls through Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Alberta. Then exploring Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, and South Dakota. A few other adventures thrown in too! In this episode Renee and I (and our toy poodle Ginny) spend a week in Rocky Mount, North Carolina and give you our honest thoughts on this Southern city.
