Rosa Zubizarreta will guide us toward trust, safety and promise for a good segue to the month of February, when Help for Helpers will explore "unsayables" and develop steps for a more peaceful future. "There are different ways of doing this. I could share what I know, in a combined process of storytelling, theory and demonstration. This is not something I want to just talk about… though I would like to start out with a story, a Gene Gendlin story. About a time when I saw him do something he laughingly identified as “destroying group process.” To me, it was making a different kind of process possible, one where the creative energy of each person in a group is protected in a Focusing way. I can share this story, and the sense I make of it, and how it connects to my practice. And then, we could talk about it.
