The ASQ Statistics Division would like to invite you to an introduction to Statistical Process Control, one of the main tools used throughout the world to improve quality and productivity. The aim of the course is to help those who are new to quality with understanding process variation and how to map the process over time. This course assumes no understanding of statistics or math. It is focused on plotting the variation inherent in a process or activity and how to interpret what is going on in a process. The third session focuses on the Attribute charts and how they are used in manufacturing, service and healthcare.
