So this is my month of May Astro vlog for 2025 where I try and capture the Milky Way in May, which in Scotland is something thats definitely not easy to achieve as our darkness is now no more until mid August with the long summer nights here, so my only real chance was to attempt on the night of the 1st & 2nd of May, fortunately we have been enjoying some splendid early summer weather here. Around the middle of the month was the full Flower moon where I attempted to shoot a moon silhouette as the moon rose up. Join me behind the scenes in the south west of Scotland and see if any or all the shoots worked out 😊
