I am a consumer attorney. I am an expert in this field. We live in a society where everyone has free reign to expound upon any topic. People mistake their beliefs as actual expertise. Please stop this nonsense. I AM an expert in consumer protection. I ACTUALLY know how the law works. The short video here explains the VERY VERY basics of UCC 3 law related to mortgages. Anyone who tells you that the Note has to be endorsed to the plaintiff is wrong. Do not listen. The UCC 3 is extremely simple on the surface - and scammers use this to their advantage your loss - but below the surface (not addressed in this video) it is massively complex because of its interplay with federal mortgage servicing and origination statutes (RESPA and TILA, among others) and state statutes regarding debt collection and foreclosure (different in every state). Don't even THINK about listening to some knucklehead on the internet ... talk to an actual attorney who has actual experience suing banks.
