Turtle Mandala Ribbon Pour!🐢 Amazing SplitCup Acrylic Pouring on Wood Mandala! SuperFun & Relaxing!

Acrylic Pouring Wood Mandala Turtle Gorgeous Colors Relaxing and Fun Hello Friends! Welcome back! I am very excited about todays pour, I have been wanting to do this for a long time! My friends Lee & Jeremy Masse are doing their 12 Days of Christmas pours and they poured over some beautiful wood doves with a mandala design, and it really inspired me to find just the right one. I saw my sweet friend Dirty Artist pour and embellish a huge wood Mandala a while back and I can still see it in my head.. so today is the day! Lets do this! Colors: Arteza Pearl Sapphire Pearl Pistachio (+Pearl) Golden's Permanent Violet Deep Prussian Blue DecoArt Americana Decor Metallic 24K Gold Pouring Medium: Liquitex Gloss Medium Paint + a bit of Water Floetrol There is NO Silicone in Any of My Paint. Im also using a MMG split cup by Mixed Media Girl that Lee sent me as a gift. I really like the spout and am excited to use it! I layer my colors into both chambers of the split cup, then just pour ribbons over the turtle. I start with the Mandala section because I want to be sure its all covered. I have a 20x20 inch Edge canvas under the turtle to catch the runoff, and will be pouring that canvas after I'm done with the turtle. The first cup covers the mandala part of the turtle, so I put more paint in the split cup and pour ribbons on the solid half, it looks so cool! I love how this is turning out! When Im done I pick the turtle up and tilt it gently to get any extra paint to drip off. Now onto the canvas.. there is quite a bit of paint on there, so I tilt it out to cover the canvas. While the colors are pretty there is not really any composition to it, so I layer my split cup again and pour ribbons on top of the stretched out base coat. It looks pretty cool!
