This was our second reclear of Manaforge Omega, and instead of sticking to Devastation, I decided to give Aug Evoker raid test. The last time I played Aug was during Nexus-King Salhadaar progress back in October, so this run was a good check on how the spec feels now. Overall, Augmentation gameplay hasn’t changed much in terms of button presses, but the design shift where everyone receives buffs removes a lot of the mental overhead around target selection. That makes the spec feel much less punishing and far easier to play compared to Devastation. Most of this raid was done on cruise control, which really highlights how forgiving Aug feels in its current state. I’ve also cleaned up the UI a bit since the last video resulting in fewer fatality errors, less noise, and a smoother experience overall. Augmentation Evoker thoughts Compared to Devastation, Aug feels significantly easier to execute. With less emphasis on perfect buff targeting and more passive value baked into the spec, it’s far more forgiving — especially in reclear content. It’s effective, low-stress, and very hard to mess up, which makes it interesting when thinking about long-term raid choices going forward.
