One of Lisbon's iconic yellow Funicular trams has derailed and crashed into a building, killing 15 people and injuring more in one of the city's deadliest modern accidents. The Department of Foreign Affairs confirms one Australian is among the injured, with both locals and tourists amongst the casualties. Local media reports suggest a cable came loose causing the 19th-century electric tram to lose control on the steep slope.
