Full build of MiniArt 1/48 P-47D-30RE Basic Kit. They call this kit "basic" but it comes with a highly detailed cockpit and rivet detail on both the fuselage and wings at a level I haven't seen on any other model I've built. The rivets add an extra level of realism that I didn't realise I was missing. I didn't like having to add the sticky out breakable bits at an early stage i.e. guns and aerial, they are likely to be broken off and they were.
