On this final episode of Deer Season 25, a late November snowstorm in Missouri sets the stage for a classic late-season whitetail hunt during the extended CWD portion of rifle season. With Terry Drury delayed by weather, Forrest Bonin heads to the stand with his wife Shayna, targeting two familiar bucks that have been showing up consistently at the tail end of the rut. As the snow tapers off, movement picks up. One of Forrest’s target bucks, a heavy 9-point buck, steps into range and Forrest makes a perfect shot, dropping the buck in his tracks with the Winchester 6.8 Western. A textbook Missouri rifle season snow hunt. Later, the focus shifts to family tradition, something that defines Drury Outdoors. Lola Drury, Matt Drury’s daughter and Terry Drury’s granddaughter, heads out in pursuit of her first buck. It's Missouri's youth season and with calm nerves and great shot placement, Lola makes a clean harvest on a 6 point, creating a moment that perfectly reflects what Deer Season has always been about.
