Hope you enjoy this version of this classic by the Ed Cherry Trio performed a few months ago.This time Ed had his amazing Trio of Mike Boone on Electric Bass, and Anwar Marshall on drums. Ed Cherry is a legendary jazz guitarist known for his work with Dizzy Gillespie from 1978 to 1992, and for his own recordings and projects as a band leader since that time. He is widely known as for his melodicism, exuding a deep expressiveness on the guitar attributed to great singers such as Al Green, Marvin Gaye, and Frank Sinatra. Great performance the entire night with fantastic musicianship from all and a great vibe!
