The reason why I do the test, because I'm kinda curious is the $1000 camera able to beat the $3500 camera in terms of the sharpness and lowlight perfomance. When you first look at the specs, a7RII looks like its the clear winner because of the full frame sensor. But some people might not know A7RII is a Super 35mm camera in terms of the video side. You get better result when you shoot in crop mode. Thats why it is great to compare with the APS-C a6300. Both cameras have got S-log picture profile starting at ISO 800. And the newer a6300 supports S-Log 3, but the A7RII is still S-Log 2. But the biggest different between those 2 cameras is a6300 is having 6K oversampling renders. It gives greater detail and full pixel readout. In theory the a6300 should be sharper.
