In this video we cut 4 rocks with the lapidary saw that have round or orbicular looking shapes in their surface. Leave a comment below let us know which ones you thought would have the coolest patterns and which ones you liked best after the cut! We self collect all of our materials locally in the PNW and on trips when we take them, and we do our best to identify the general region that the rocks were found in so that you have a starting place if you are on the hunt for them! If we do not have a more precise location then we at least try to have the state or province. Also if you have information about the stone types featured in this video please let us know below! We are constantly trying to learn more, and the world of rocks is vast and deep. Any help with identifying or correcting an ID on materials is highly appreciated! We have more lapidary and exploratory nature themed videos on our channel to come, so if you like this, check out our profile and consider subscribing for more! Spoilers below! This video features: Rhyolite Snowflake Jasper and other unidentified igneous rocks.
