Once again, I manage to pull off a double-edged sword of a glitch where I kept Knuckles from pulling the first switch at the very beginning of Act 2 to clear out the toxic fumes. The fumes stay remain on the screen, even while traveling through submarines, fighting Eggman, and moving onto Lava Reef at the very end. However, the fumes don't actually function to drain your Rings this way. The only way to remove this is to just pull a switch, and then the fog will eventually come back later and "poison" you like normal. The only downside of this glitch is really how it makes things harder to see. ---------- In Plus, Oil Ocean against a a new outro to Lava Reef. Your character boards a submarine that somehow manages to fly all the way to the underground volcano cave on Angel Island.
