Hey, I'm Clint from Flaman Fitness, I'm going to show you how to do a push up on the vibration trainer. First you want to turn on your vibration trainer to a desired level. I suggest 10 or higher. You want to assume the push-up position. Your hands should be on the vibration trainer pretty much to the width of the vibration trainer. You can rest on your knees on a mat or go for it like Nadine's doing it on your toes. Doing a push up on the vibration trainer can be difficult so doing this movement slow and controlled with your shoulders down and back is suggested. The muscles that are being worked here are your pecs, shoulders, and triceps. These are your main movers.
