Data Analytics in Life Insurance

Data Analytics is key to Life/Any Insurance business. Basic understanding of where all it can apply, how to make best use of the analytics to improve business, creating a predictive model and understanding the customer insurance journey with key data points that need to be captured and used in analytics are all required for anybody working in Insurance business. I recently gave a presentation on this topic to a newly inducted group in an academic institution.
