Rest is a gift. I know we often avoid resting, it can be vulnerable to admit limitations or needs, but friend. I'm here to say, with love, it's time to rest, dangit! Take a 30 minute break from tasks, find a quiet spot in your house, and color with me. Slow down as colored pencils scratch across the page, making those comforting sounds that only colored pencils can make, as I layer colors from soft and muted to bold and vibrant.
