I’m now BRAVE enough to say that my health journey hasn’t been easy — from ovarian cysts to surgery and then anxiety. But through it all, love has carried us ❤️ One thing we’ve learnt is that life is 99% what happens to you, and only 1% what you can do about it. No matter how much you want things to go your way, they never fully do. Life always gets messy when you least expect it. But that’s what makes us human. We’re not in control and maybe we’re not meant to be. All we can do is keep going, one step at a time, with an open heart and a willingness to understand. So if you feel stuck, or you’re going through health struggles, I hope this video gives you hope.
