Let's kill every enemy in Hospitalier Fortress, including Garnier de Naplouse, without becoming Exposed at any time. That's at least 20 enemies to stealth assassinate. Throwing knives are needed for this mission, so you need to assassinate Talal first to get them. Here are some tips on how to deal with the madmen (the ones who shove you) in a socially acceptable ways (without harming them): 1) Avoid their turf. I jump over a rail at 0:25 to avoid a madman in the hallway. 2) Move quickly. I run past the madman at 1:18 before he can push me. 3) Pass behind him. The madman next to the ladder at 2:52 never even sees me. 4) Screen the madman with another person. I use the guard at 1:14 to keep the madman on the other side from harassing me. 5) Kill someone just before they shove you. Their shoves have no impact during a kill animation, e.g. 1:00 6) Let them shove you into nothing, e.g., 2:48. Being shoved is socially acceptable, but bumping into someone after being shoved is not. 7) Shove back. Press the tackle button as they shove you, and the 2 opposing actions will neutralize each other, e.g., 3:28. 8) Scare them away with a high profile assassination of somebody else. The madman next to the ladder at 2:52 witnesses the assassination of Garnier de Naplouse, and he runs away after I return from the Memory Corridor dialogue with Garnier. You can see a few madmen running around scared afterward. I gently push one at 3:33. There has been some discussion on how this mission is different on the PC/ Director's Cut version.
