No, its is not legal for consumers in Kentucky. In order to possess in raw floral material in KY you must have a hemp license that is designated for cultivation or processing. Consumers can not legally purchase hemp or THCa flower. Do stores still sell it in the state? 💯 they are selling it in the state. Are they legally allowed to? No, they’re not. I’m not telling anyone to stop what they’re doing, just want to educate the consumers here in KY that if the police wanted to they could bust you for possession.
