Connecting VMM and Operations Manager results in a distributed application that will occasionally need to be modified. Although many people see this as difficult, Greg will simplify the process in this MicroNugget. There’s a nifty little button inside of EMM 2012 that will automatically create a connection between VMM and Operations Manager. When you have that connection, Operations Manager will automatically create a distributed application whenever you deploy a VMM service. When that service is deployed, occasionally you’ll find that you need to customize the service model you just created. This isn’t the simplest thing in the world to do, but Greg demonstrates a method that will make your life much easier.
