Feel free to refer this link for more support!: https://saweria.co/TXFE This aircon is located at my grandparents' house, in the upstairs bedroom that was previously a warehouse (where it had the 1993 National exhaust fan). Here is a Samsung "Micro Plasma Ion" mini-split air conditioner. Model AS07ESMN. It is 3.4 ton. The remote is not original, I know it's a Samsung remote but it's not original to this aircon. The original remote was gone few months ago. Here's what the original remote looks like: http://n3.sdlcdn.com/imgs/a/r/4/India.... This aircon replaced an old National window aircon, also 3.4 ton. But in 2010 (or 2011) they replace it with this aircon because the watt is too way oversized for this house. My dad bought this aircon for them. It has a blue neon night light that's in the bottom of the Samsung logo (idk what is the actual name of the blue neon night light). But that light can't be turned on because this remote has no that setting to operate the night light. But if I turned it on by pressing the on/off button (that's on the bottom of the digital temperature), the night light turned on. But I forgot to show that. It also has a Wi-Fi feature, where you can operate/control this aircon using your tablet/phone. But my grandparents didn't know about this feature, so the technician (who installed this aircon) didn't install the Wi-Fi module. This aircon also has a digital thermometer, so we can know the temperature of the room. This room is too oversized for this aircon. The room is about 6x4 (which needs at least 1.5 ton aircon or maybe 2 ton), and this aircon is only 3.4 ton. But this aircon still can make the room really cold. As you can see, the digital temperature (or whatever is that) has a problem. Some of the lights doesn't work. Other than that, it does not have any problems. I'm not sure about the features of this aircon. If any of you know the features of this aircon, let me know.
