This name derives from Ba-su-ra. the meaning is seeing. When seeing is with eye, it is 'Basar'', when it is with heart, it is called 'Basirat'. Al-Basir name is mentioned for Allah in quran 42 times. some: And establish prayer and give zakah, and whatever good you put forward for yourselves - you will find it with Allah. (57/Hadîd, 4) His seeing is unique. He sees everything that exist at the same time. No image can prevent him from another image. He does the necessary in what he sees. At the same time, he helps the needy servant, gives the livelihood(rizq) of the person who wants livelihood(rizq), accepts his tawba of person who makes it regretfully, he answers du'a of person who begs of him... He created his servants as beings who can see, Eye and seeing are teh appearing of Al-Basir: And Allah has extracted you from the wombs of your mothers not knowing a thing, and He made for you hearing and vision and intellect that perhaps you would be grateful. (16/Nahl, 78) Indeed, We created man from a sperm-drop mixture that We may try him; and We made him hearing and seeing. (76/Insân, 2) Seeing is exam of humankind. He has been crated so that it will show up that he is a servant who is grateful or not. Adn Basirat is the appearing of Al-Basir name of Allah. Basirat is that the eye of heart is open, seeing the truth: There has come to you enlightenment from your Lord. So whoever will see does so for [the benefit of] his soul, and whoever is blind [does harm] against it. And [say], "I am not a guardian over you." So, a being who can not see always everything can not be a god. [Mention] when he said to his father, "O my father, why do you worship that which does not hear and does not see and will not benefit you at all? (19/Maryam, 42) Indeed, those you [polytheists] call upon besides Allah are servants like you. So call upon them and let them respond to you, if you should be truthful. Do they have feet by which they walk? Or do they have hands by which they strike? Or do they have eyes by which they see? Or do they have ears by which they hear? Say, [O Muhammad], "Call your 'partners' and then conspire against me and give me no respite. (7/A’râf, 194-195) Allah, the exalted is God who is Al-Haqq. He is only god who deserves to be worshipped. one of reason of this; he sees always everything and he does the necessary in what he sees. -Al-Basir Name and Tawakkul Tawhed has parts. one of them is doing tawakkul only to Allah and saying ''Hasbunallah, Sufficient for us is Allah Almighty he is the best Disposer of affairs.'' 3.Al-Basir Name educates you Man, naturally, acts cautiously when he knows he is being watched.
