Feel free to email us anytime via support@franfunnel.com _______________ How does the email parsing work to add leads to FranFunnel? There are two things that we're optimizing for when we're getting the leads into FranFunnel: Speed and ease. Because of this, it's likely that we'll be ingesting all your new leads through automated email parsing. When we set up your account, we'll take full stock of how you're currently generating leads to ensure that there aren't any sources left behind. If you're using a CRM, it's possible that we'll simply give you a single email address to include as a recipient for all your leads. If you'd rather us integrate with all your sources directly, we can do that as well. We'll provide you with a unique email address for each source to have a copy of each lead sent. At that point after receiving a test lead, we should be good to go! We'll build the email parsers to turn each of the lead emails into digital records in FranFunnel instantly. As long as the format of the email doesn't change, we shouldn't have any problems. The two most common issues that pop up is either A) the email template changed and we'll need to adjust the parser or B) You have a new lead source and need us to provide a new address Just shoot us an email at support@franfunnel.com and we'll be able to help with both!
