On June 3rd, 2023, TikToker @glorbworldwide posted a preview for a song titled "THE FORMULA," a rap song performed in the voice of Mr. Krabs, garnering over 45,000 views in a month. The TikToker also posted a slideshow containing the song that day, garnering over 600,000 views in the same span of time. On June 4th, Glorb posted the full song to YouTube, set to AI-generated imagery, garnering over 557,000 views in a month. Although Glorb's process for creating the songs is unconfirmed, many believe the lyrics are rapped and recorded by a human and then run through an AI voice program that converts the audio into various characters' voices, in this case, SpongeBob characters. Several of the original sounds for Glorb's song previews have gone viral on TikTok, including their original sounds. For example, the original sound for "STD," posted on June 10th, 2023, was used over 3,900 times in just over a month, including in lip-dub videos and reactions. On June 27th, YouTuber Sc6ut posted a fan music video for "STD," garnering over 396,000 views in a month. On Jan 15, 2024, the penguinz0 Youtube channel posted a video titled "Best Use of AI So Far," where Charlie (AKA Cr1TiKaL) showed his praise toward Glorb's music, more specifically "The Bottom 2." This boosted the video to 10M views (as of Apr 15, 2024). In October of 2023, Glorb had posted a poll on his community tab asking whether he should continue on his spongebob series, or branch out to other shows. Spongebob won the vote, but Glorb is speculated to have been expecting the other option to win, as he had already began works on a Family Guy parody song that he leaked a snippet of in his Discord server. This is also shown by the big gap in uploads from "Can Gangsters Cry?" to "DND." Where before Glorb uploaded every 10-14 days, but this one had taken him a month. Every upload since then had been bimonthly rather than biweekly. His characters include Mr. Swags (a parody of Mr. Krabs), Dankton (a parody of Plankton), SpongeOpp (a parody of SpongeBob), Squidwock (a parody of Squidward), The Notorious P.A.T. (a parody of Patrick), Sandy Thee Squirrel (a parody of Sandy), and A$AP Larry (a parody of Larry the Lobster). Most of Glorb’s songs center around the ongoing conflict between the Krusty Krew and Dankton, and the single releases usually alternate between either side responding to one another.
