The first demo tape by Nuclear Crucifixion (originally spelled "Nuclear Crucifixtion"), which was a band that featured some of my friends (Brian Patton, Glenn Rambo, & Donovan Punch) who went on to form Soilent Green. A few riffs from a couple of these songs later appeared in the Soilent Green songs "Spirit of the Earth" & "Numb Around the Heart". Nuclear Crucifixion played at the first local gig that I ever attended, in 1987, alongside Flagrantz, Blatant Frustration (Jimmy Bower's old band), & Incubus. 1. Nuclear Vomit 2. Poser Preacher 3. It was taken in Donovan's grandmother's garage (the band's practice space), which had previously been used by her as a dance studio. Soilent Green practiced there when they formed, too.
