Core stability is very important for your handstand. If you're working on your handstand at home, and in general, you want to make sure your core is strong enough in terms of stability as well as the rest of the body. In the handstand workshops we teach as well as privates, a strong focus is always on the core. In this class, Flo is guiding you through his current personal core training to improve his handstands. We're sure that by doing this on a daily basis, not only will your handstand improve, but also your posture and overall health. Flo is not going completely to his max since this is considered the warm-up for handstand training, but you're more than welcome to do several rounds of this if you like.
