My Spiritual Awakening Story (Pt 1)

In 2017, my spiritual awakening began with a dark night of the soul, prophetic dreams, lucid dreams, synchronicities, and sleep paralysis. My dreams proved to me that reality is an illusion and time isn't real. I've always felt connected to a higher power, but I don't agree with how a lot of organized religions encourage feelings of guilt and shame. I worked on healing my relationship with myself, setting healthy boundaries, building up my confidence, and changing my limiting beliefs and negative thoughts. My luck and health started to turn around. I would often oscillate between depressive episodes and hypomanic episodes, where I would have a lot of energy, felt very connected to source, would get intuitive downloads and work on creative projects. By the beginning of 2020, I was the healthiest and happiest I had ever been, convinced my thoughts created my reality, and surrounded by like-minded people. The events of 2020 lowered my vibration, pulled me out of my spiritual awakening, and my health declined again.
