The Queen Elizabeth II walking in followed by Queen Mother. Sir Winston Churchill walking towards her, raises his hat and the Queen has a chat with him. He also chats with Queen Mother. The Queen walks away. SV. The runners on the board with jockey's names. LV. Zoom, the horses parading for the race. Zoom in to Ribot, No 5. He goes out of picture and the Queen's horse starts to come into the picture. SV. Man looking through binoculars. LV. Start, Todrai starts to rush the tapes. The jockey trying to duck is caught by tapes and pulled off horse and the horse runs down course. The jockey picks himself up. SCU. Man looking through binoculars. LV. Pan, the loose horse running back towards start. LV. The horse coming towards the start and the jockey is confronting it and trying to catch it, but the horse runs past the jockey. Pan back to jockey running towards the starting gate after the horse. Girl looking through binoculars. LV. The tapes are up and horses are away, pan with them as they go away into the distance. LV. Pan, Todrai leads the field - the mile post. LV. Towards, head on, Todrai still in the lead. SCU. Man with binoculars. LV. Pan, coming up to the finish of the race, Todrai starts to drop back and the Queen's horse is on the rails and Ribot starts to take up the running. He starts to come away from the field with the Queen's horse High Veldt still lying 2nd and Todrai lying third. We pan with Ribot and Ribot goes past the post to win, followed by the others. LV.
