Daydream Island Resort is ideally located in the heart of Queensland’s Whitsundays Islands and the gateway to the World Heritage-listed Great Barrier Reef. After a 30-minute boat ride, we spend the afternoon walking through the tropical rainforest, admiring the living reef, swimming in the pool, enjoying sunset drinks and tucking into a scrumptious dinner before our 30-minute boat ride back to Airlie Beach.
