Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Milk powder 2 Cups -Kashmiri tea leaves 1/3 Cup -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste -Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1 -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 10-12 -Laung (Cloves) 5-6 -Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1 -Baking soda ¼ tsp -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Pink food color 1/8 tsp -Hot water 1 Cup -Badam (Almonds) sliced Directions: -Blender mein milk powder, Kashmiri tea leaves,cheeni,badiyan ka phool,hari elaichi,laung, darchini,baking soda,pink salt aur pink food color daal ker ache tarha grind ker lein. -Bowl per sifter rakh ker mixture ko sift ker lein aur 5-10 minutes k liya rest dein. -Airtight jar mein dal ker 1 month k liya store ker saktay han (shelf life). -Yields: approx. 400g -Jug mein instant Kashmiri chai mix (3 tbs) aur garam pani (1 Cup) daal ker achi tarha mix karein aur dhak ker 1 minute kiya chor dein. -Strain ker lein aur badam dal ker serve karein!
