The Eight Edition of Tata Steel 25K marathon started with more than 17000 participants showing up at the starting line up. Ever since I started to understand this sports of running (marathons) , I had dreamt of participating in one of the fore elite marathons (Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi and Kolkata). Since Kolkata being in proximity I finalised to participate here. But it was not without a Drama. A month before this grand event I injured my knee (during practice) and was sidelined from even regular practice for 3 Weeks. With very few days of practice, I was sceptical whether I would be able to finish the race or not. The entire run was an intense fight between my mind and body. Ultimately, my mind overpowered my body and finished the longest run of my life. I could collect some clips in between for you all to enjoy.
