This level was glitched in three spots: 1) Could not raise the elevator to Cyberdemons as it's stuck in down position. 2) Cannot cross the platforms past the Icon of Sin due to it protruding out and blocking the path. 3) Even if you somehow made it across, the switch to kill John Romero's head animates but doesn't actually crush his head, defeating the purpose of the secret. I conclude this is due to intermod compatibility issues, this wad was mostly free of bugs when used in conjunction with Brutal Doom v21 Gold.
