Seif al-Islam is the second son of the country’s late dictator Moamer el-Qaddafi He was captured by a band of armed rebels in the Libyan desert town of Awbari. he was fleeing toward Niger. The rebels were clever enough to keep him as a valuable hostage. They hide him in a cave like basement in Zintan. Now this rebel group, frustrated with Libyan situation, have not only freed him but hope he can lead Libya. With their help Seif al Islam is now organizing a political return. Libyans is fed up with the state of affairs. The country is in shamble. Militias are fighting each other. Human trafficking is thriving. The oil producing country does not even have electricity. water is costlier than gas. Qaddafi days they rebelled against seem better now. So Seif al Islam is thinking of running for presidency. Will democracy bring back another dictator? only time will tell.
