Can’t Sleep Without Eating At Night? - Introducing Night Eating Syndrome (NES)

In this video, we provide an introductory breakdown of night eating syndrome, which is also known as NES. We define what is NES and its common occurrence among the overall general population. We also discuss the main causes of NES and its negative effects on those experiencing NES from hurting one’s ability to complete everyday tasks during the day to developing high blood pressure. Furthermore, we detail the current clinical diagnosis method of NES and appropriate and available clinical treatment options for NES. The video’s objective is to be informative to audiences who have very little awareness or knowledge of night eating syndrome and are interested in learning general information about the topic. As a disclaimer, this video discusses possibly triggering or sensitive content on night eating syndrome. It’s important to note that individuals with NES may encounter different symptoms and experiences. This video is provided for general and educational information only.
