HyFlex Learning Community Gathering September 25, 2025

We held our September webinar on September 25, and continued our 2025 Gathering Series, GenAI to Support HyFlex Course and Program Design. Our third session in this series explored and demonstrated the next custom GPT for HyFlex Design, HyFlex Planning for Assessment (freely available in the OpenAI GPT Store). The GPT takes your planning to the next major stage as you consider assessing learning in multiple ways to support and evaluate learning in all modes. How can we evaluate learning fairly and with equivalent environments? How can we help learners self-evaluate their learning in each mode? We shared access to this GPT during the webinar so those participants with an OpenAI account for ChatGPT (free or paid) could experiment with the GPTs as we discussed how they work and what value they may add to students and faculty.
