We went pallet hunting and ended up building one of the most complicated workbenches in the shed. This week we searched for reclaimed pallets, dismantled them by hand, removed nails, and turned scrap wood into the final base for the last workbench. Because the entire shed is built at an angle, every cut had to match the structure perfectly (which meant constant measuring, custom angles, and endless adjustments.) In this episode: pallet hunting and reclaimed wood preparation dismantling boards and removing nails building an angled workbench base assembling the table carcass cutting and installing temporary plywood tabletops stabilizing the workshop structure This workshop is being built step by step using reclaimed materials, hand tools, and a lot of patience (and measuring… a lot of measuring). If you enjoy woodworking, reclaimed wood projects, and honest DIY builds — subscribe for the next stage.
