We will be working pretty close to the ground at first, building up the cadence to allow you to then move into standing postures and slowly bring ourselves back down to reconnect to the ground beneath us. This grounding yoga flow is perfect for all levels of practice, and for any time of day. Take 35 mins to get in touch with yourself and your body - and out of your mind!
