I have an assortment of clips I have put together featuring trains running up or down between Melbourne and Adelaide, all between Murgheboluc out in the Golden Plains Shire, all the way through to Lara, which is part of The City of Greater Geelong. Please enjoy these clips. I have provided a brief description of each clip below. 01/- 8675 - 3VL21-3VL77, a 6 car V/Line Velocity passing through Lara on thr broad gauge line headed towards Geelong. Thursday, 1 December 2022 at 04:14 02/- 7922V - CSR019 running solo to haul a rake of 42 wagons through Lara. Thursday, 1 December 2022 at 04:16 03/- D773V - G527 running light engine through Corio as it makes it's way to Gheringhap where it got added to 7737V to assist in hauling the 50 hoppers to Murtoa. Friday 2 December 2022 at 04:52pm. 04/- 6MP4 - NR120-NR22-LDP001 on a down run through Murgheboluc haul 73 platforms effortlessly with the aid of these three PacNat liveried locomotives. Friday 2 December 2022 at 07:09pm 05/- 7MP7 - NR12-NR4-NR42 with a mighty 92 platforms makes an early morning dash through Murgheboluc and is seen coming out of the last of the Murgheboluc Curves and approaching the Hamilton Highway. Saturday, 3 December 2022 at 06:47am 06/- 7AM5 - NR118-NR74(Ghan) with 63 platforms makes it's way through Gheringhap. Sunday, 4 December 2022 at 07:54am 07/- 1MP2 - NR52-NR85-NR83-NR118-NR8. 80 wagons are being hauled behind these 5 locomotives. That's pretty light work fr these mighty beasts as they pass through Murgheboluc. Sunday, 4 December 2022 at 08:28pm 08/- 2MA5 - NR87-NR13. 2MA5 makes it look easy to haul 69 laden platforms up the incline from North Geelong through Lovely Banks, Moorabool and into Batesford before levelling out for Gheringhap, just over my left shoulder. Monday 5 December 2022 at 07:12pm. 09/- 8771 - 3VL61-3VL78. A 6 car V/Line Velocity makes it's way along the BG line between Melbourne and Geelong at Lara. Monday 5 December 2022 at 04:51pm. 10/- 8788 - 3VL06-3VL64. A 6 car V/Line Velocity passes through Lara on it's way to Soutern Cross Railway Station in Melbourne. Monday 5 December 2022 at 04:52pm. 11/- 3XM4 - NR5-NR58. A rake of 64 wagons trails this Pacific National steel train as it passes through Lara, biund for Melbourne. Wednesday, 7 December 2022 at 04:55pm. CFCLA = Chicago Freight Car Leasing Australia. GWA = Genesee & Wyoming Australia. JBRE = Journey Beyond Rail Expeditions. PacNat = Pacific National. SBR = Specialised Bulk Rail. SCT = Specialised Container Transport. SSR = Southern Shorthaul Rail. BG = Broad Gauge (1600mm/5’ 3”) DG = Dual Gauge.
