Hui he arribat a València, cosa que, com m'han ensenyat ací, me llena de orgullo y satisfacción. Fa uns anys vaig estar en terres valencianes estudiant (hehe, bé, tant com un universitari becat pot estudiar en esta ciutat), i me n'aní amb la promesa de tornar per a gravar un documental sobre l'art, la història i tot allò que em va fascinar de la ciutat. He arribat en AVE, que és un tren que va molt ràpid, tant que ni m'he pogut adormir sobre el meu veí de viatge. A l'estació he perdut la maleta, un xiquet m'ha vomitat i ara porte l'uniforme taronja del València CF, crec que brilla en l'obscuritat. Un bon bateig, no? Sobretot per l'estampat de farinetes infantils. Fora m'esperava Vicent, el meu gran amic valencià. Ell em farà d'operador de càmera al documental. Vicent és molt bonic i m'ajuda molt. Em va ensenyar a parlar valencià. Si a vegades no m'ajudara tant, no passaria res. Hem discutit un poc. Jo no volia, però ell m'ha obligat a traure el meu caràcter. Sóc una fera, em torne boig. He eixit en l'Informatiu i he passat la nit a la lluna de València... Ha sigut un dia estrany. Segur que a partir d'ara tot anirà molt bé ____________________________________________________________ Querido diario: Qué emocionante es cumplir viejos sueños. Hoy he llegado a Valencia, algo que, como me han enseñado aquí, me llena de orgullo y satisfacción. Hace unos años estuve en tierras valencianas estudiando (jeje... bueno, todo lo que puede estudiar un universitario becado en esta ciudad), y me marché con la promesa de volver para grabar un documental sobre el arte, la historia y todo lo que me fascinó de esta ciudad. He llegado en AVE que es un tren que va muy rápido, tanto, que ni me he podido dormir en el hombro de mi vecino. En la estación he perdido la maleta, un niño me ha vomitado y ahora tengo un equipaje naranja del Valencia CF, creo que brilla en la oscuridad. ¿Un buen bautizo, no? Sobretodo por los tropezones de papilla. Fuera me esperaba Vicent, mi gran amigo valenciano. Él me va a hacer de operador de cámara en el documental. Vicent es muy majo y me ayuda un montón. Me enseñó a "parlar valencià". Si algunas veces no me ayudara tanto no pasaría nada. Hemos discutido un poco. Yo no quería, pero él me ha obligado a sacar mi carácter. Soy una fiera, me vuelvo loco. He salido en las noticias y he pasado la noche a la luna de Valencia... ha sido un día raro. Seguro que a partir de ahora todo irá muy bien. ____________________________________________________________ Dear Diary: It's exciting to accomplish old dreams. Today I've arrived to Valencia, something that fills me with pride and satisfaction, as they have taught me to say here. Some years ago I was in Valencian land studying (heheh... well , all the study a scholarship student can get in this town) and left with the promsie to come back and film a documentary about its art, its history and everything that fascinated me about this town. I've traveled here in the AVE, a train that goes real fast, so fast that I haven't even been able to sleep on my neighbor's shoulder. My suitcase got stolen in the station, a kid has puked on me and I'm now dressed in the Valencia Football Club orange outfit. I think it shines in the dark. Nice baptism, right? Most of all because of the baby food chunks. My great Valencian friend Vicent was waiting for me outside. He will be my camera operator in my documentary. Vicent is very nice and he helps me out a lot. He taught me to speak Valencià. It wouldn't be that bad if he didn't help me that much. We had a little argument. I didn't want to, but he made me show my temper. I'm a wild beast, I go crazy. I've been on the news and I spent the night in the moon of Valencia... It's been a weird day.
