Please subscribe to our channel This is the Sing in the City Aw Blacks choir led by Kirsty Baird. The Aw Blacks are the only auditioned choir in the 15 Sing in the City choirs that are across Edinburgh, Fife and the Lothians. This medley was arranged before the death of Avicii and has Hey Brother and Wake me up mashed together. Two fab songs and this song was a favourite of the audience at the Scottish portrait gallery where we performed on in January 2019. Kirsty Baird is the Creative MD/Founder along with Annette Hanley who is the MD. The choirs all perform Hanley and the Baird band .but on this occasion it was an acoustic performance so only had Annette on the guitar We have at the moment 925 members in our 14 choirs in Edinburgh, Musselburgh, South Queensferry, Dalgety Bay, Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, :inlithgow and Livingston. There are daytime or night time choirs to join but either way you will find yourself part of a new family.
