Thanks for hanging out with me! 🛒🥦🍳 ❤️ Meghan Try these tasties!! 🍗 Chicken Salad 400 g of shredded chicken Celery Carrots Red onions Salt and pepper Sauce 150 non-fat Greek yogurt 15 g parm 2 tsp dijon 1/2 tsp garlic powder Squeeze of lemon parsley salt / pepper 2 Huuuuge servings! 🍊 Orange Zest Overnight Oats + Chia Seeds 1 serving 1 cup milk (whichever one suits your fancy!) 1/2 cup oats 2 tbsp chia 1 tsp orange zest 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla Mix together. Let sit for 10 minutes. Mix again, then put in the fridge over night. Add berries and walnuts or pumpkins seeds to the top! For more protein throw some low fat Greek yogurt on the top before eating!
