February has been declared our month of Rooted in Love, inspired by Ephesians 3:17–19, where Paul prays that believers would be grounded, established, and filled with the fullness of God through love. In this powerful message, we move beyond talking about love and focus on living it out daily. Jesus made it clear that love is not optional for believers, it is the defining evidence of discipleship. From the way we treat people at home, to how we respond under pressure, to how we forgive, give, speak, and serve, love must be visible, practical, and Christ-like. Anchored in John 13:34–35, this teaching reveals that Christian love is not driven by emotion but by obedience, not by convenience but by conviction. We are reminded that love is a command, modelled perfectly by Christ, and expressed through action, forgiveness, generosity, integrity, and service.
