I don't know why I didn't have the 2.3x headshot variant selected for this run, but that is 100% the one you should use. The rate of fire variant I had equipped just doesn't have the same damage output, and the ammo variant is useless since Tactical has infinite ammo with Emperor's Vengeance anyway. I was wondering why the damage didn't feel as chunky as I expected and was considering re-recording this to really show it off, but the Carnifex fights were fun so I kept it. Ignoring that mistake, we're just taking every ranged damage perk for Tactical and using the Stalker Bolt Rifle to pop heads. If you choose the right version instead of having the fire rate variant like an idiot, the TTK is very good on Majoris and it absolutely destroys Zoanthropes. As usual Secure Stockpile is the stronger option for the team perk and definitely helps this build a lot since the Stalker Bolt Rifle is purely single-target, but I wanted to try full ranged damage with Aligned Aim this time. The firepower Heavy Bolt Pistol also makes a return for higher gun strike damage since Tactical's ammo economy is good enough that he can main his primary forever. Take the rate of fire Plasma Pistol for strong CHP recovery and stagger if you want. Block Chainsword is by far the best melee for Tactical as always.
