Heritage Conservancy facilitated the preservation of the nearly 100-acre Blue Rock Farm, which is located at the corner of a major intersection (Routes 313 and 113 in Bedminster Township by Kulps Corner). The beautiful property was a prime location for development but is now saved. This land is used for agricultural production that is important to our community, forested habitat for wildlife, forested riparian corridors that enhance water quality, and scenic views of Pennsylvania farmland.
