PACOIMA, LOS ANGELES, Aug. 24 (KNN) – Early Sunday morning, several vehicles gathered for street takeovers across the San Fernando Valley. The Los Angeles Police Department received multiple reports throughout the night about large groups, sometimes up to 200 people, blocking intersections and performing burnouts and donuts. A vehicle collision involving an LAPD unit took place while law enforcement responded to one of the gatherings at the intersection of Terra Bella Street and Foothill Boulevard in Pacoima.
