So many times in the morning when I wake up, I just want something warm, I want something hot. And so I will boil my water and then I will mix it in with some lemon, and sometimes some ginger, but I like it warm or hot. So I'm going to teach you today how to make different infused teas and not spend hardly any money. Alright, let's get started. Many times when you're trying to add water to your diet for the Daniel fast to lose weight https://thebiblicalnutritionist.com/p..., just to gain better health, you get bored with it because water can be boring to some people. This is a way to have that warmth, that heating up feeling and yet good flavors at the same time. So I already have the strawberry and the stevia in this. And these are just some of my small mason jar cups. Go ahead and fill that with some hot steaming water. And then I'm just going to float. Yeah, that's how you just float your little container and within three to five minutes, I will start being able to taste that flavor of the strawberry and the stevia. Another way we can make our infused tea we can actually make a larger pot of it so that we can enjoy it throughout the day. I will tell you though, as this is steeping here, I will continue to use this little basket in more than one cup because I will continue to get flavor out of it. And so we just take out the top, and so this is our mesh container, and I can fill this with as much as I want. So let's just say let's grab some strawberries. Let's put some strawberries in there. Let's just make it a fruit tea. So I'm going to put some strawberries now so I could do fresh as well. Watermelon is really interesting to dehydrate just because of the high water content. So I'm going to put some watermelon in there for it. And then it's always good to have a citrus as well. So we'll add some orange slices and we also have some other lemon slices as well. So I add some of those and we have mango pineapple cantaloupe and then we have some stevia so always want to add some stevia. I'm going to add that into the mesh container as well. To this we would just add some filtered water if you do not have a good water pitcher filter. I highly recommend this one this is the water drop https://thebiblicalnutritionist.com/m.... So I could go ahead and just start with that amount of tea because I don't really need a lot or I could fill the entire thing up. Remember, I am here to teach you guys a recipe for excellent health.
