Part 13 Sweden

During almost five months in 2023, Darion and I, (Michael), cycled from Istanbul, Türkiye, through Europe before finishing in Stockholm, Sweden. We had previously completed a number of smaller bicycle trips in Australia, but were keen to attempt a larger tour away from the comfort of home. We cycled through fourteen countries and experienced differing landscapes, a wide range of road conditions, changeable weather, unusual foods and the generosity and kindness of strangers. These videos are a glimpse into our adventures. Unfortunately, the video footage taken in Türkiye, four Greek islands and Bulgaria, were lost roadside somewhere in Romania. For these I have utilised still images. The remaining countries did not suffer the same fate and will follow in chronological order.
